Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

  5. Repeat the layers (yogurt, fruit, granola) until you reach the top of the glass.
  6. If desired, drizzle a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup over the top layer for extra sweetness.
  7. Finish your parfait with a sprinkle of chopped nuts, seeds, or a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor and texture.
  8. Enjoy your fruit and yogurt parfait immediately or store it in the refrigerator for up to two days.
