- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt optional, for extra creaminess

Instructions
Preheat the Oven
