Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 5 oz light tuna in water, drained
  • 1 ripe avocado pitted and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the drained tuna, mashed avocado, mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, lemon juice, red onion, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
