Ingredients
  

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 8 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 1 cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup of shredded chicken optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Lay out your tortilla wraps on a clean surface.
  2. Spread two tablespoons of cream cheese onto each wrap.
  3. Arrange the cucumber, bell pepper, tomatoes, and lettuce evenly across the wraps.
  4. If using, sprinkle the shredded chicken on top.
  5. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll up the tortilla wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Slice each wrap in half diagonally and wrap them individually in foil.
  8. Pack them into your cooler, and they're ready to enjoy at the beach!
