- In another medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, and honey or maple syrup. Mix until smooth and fully combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Parfait
- In four parfait glasses or bowls, start with a layer of the chocolate yogurt mixture at the bottom.
- Add a layer of granola over the chocolate layer.
- Next, add a layer of the matcha yogurt mixture.
- Top with a handful of fresh berries.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
