- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wedges are well coated.
- Spread the sweet potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping for even cooking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once baked, remove the wedges from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can soak the sweet potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before baking, then dry them thoroughly. Feel free to experiment with different spices such as cayenne pepper for heat or Italian herbs for a different flavor profile.
