  • 1 lb 450g boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chili paste or finely minced green chilies
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter for grilling

  • Fresh coriander cilantro, chopped
