For the Avocado Spread
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • optional red pepper flakes for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chickpea Mixture
