In a large skillet, cook ground turkey, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the turkey is fully cooked and no longer pink. Season with cumin, salt, and pepper.
While the turkey cooks, wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Set aside.
Once the turkey is cooked, remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
