Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • 2 slices of cheese Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, you name it!
  • Butter

Method
 

  1. Start by preheating your pan over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, into the pan.
  4. Layer your chosen cheese slices on top.
  5. Close the sandwich with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  6. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, flipping halfway through.
