Fruity Grilled Cheese Variations

Grilled Cheese with Apple and Cheese

The sharp taste of cheese and the crisp sweetness of an apple go well together. Just slice a Granny Smith apple very thinly and put it on top of your cheese. The difference between sweet and sour will make your taste buds want more.
Grilled cheese with Brie and pears

Brie cheese and ripe pear slices go well together because they both have soft textures and mild tastes. The brie is rich and creamy, so the pear adds a light, crisp touch that goes well with it.

Grilled Cheese with Goat Cheese and Strawberries

If you like tangy tastes that pack a punch, this version is for you. The sweet, juicy flavor of fresh strawberries goes very well with the unique taste of goat cheese. It tastes like summer any time of year.

Blue Cheese & Fig Grilled Cheese

This version is for the brave among you. The difference between the strong taste of blue cheese and the sweet, rich taste of figs is both interesting and tasty. Try it out; you might be glad you did.

Don’t be afraid to try out different combinations of your favorite cheeses and veggies to find your own ideal match. Remember that cooking is an adventure, and with a little imagination, even the simplest dishes can become works of art. So, go ahead and grab that pan and let’s spice up lunch a bit.
