- If using, stir in capers and/or chopped red onion.
Assemble the Smoked Salmon Rolls
- Lay a slice of smoked salmon flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over the salmon.
- Roll the salmon tightly into a log.
- Repeat with the remaining slices of salmon.
Slice and Serve on Cucumber
- Slice each salmon roll into 1-inch pieces.
- Place each roll upright on a cucumber slice.
- Secure with a toothpick if needed for stability.
Garnish and Serve
- Garnish each salmon roll with a sprig of fresh dill or a small piece of lemon zest.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
